ffaversham my two houses... in the parish of Oar with the lands thereto

Item after the decease of my Loving wife I charge my lands in Davington with the yearly rent charge of Ten pounds payable to such Dissenting Ministers and his successors as shall have settled in ffaversham to preach the Word of God there But whenever it shall happen that they are without a Settled Minister by the space of Six months at one time or that the said Minister is not an inhabitant of the said town ... my allowance ... shall cease...
Item Whereas I have given unto my loving wife Mary (the property previously detailed - DSO) ...after my wifes decease I give all and every part to my Neice Thomasine Petman daughter of John Petman during the term of her natural life and to the issue of her body...and for want of such issue Then to her sister Mary Petman another daughter of of my Brother John Petman ... and for want of such issue then I give the same unto John Sturges and George Gillett...
