I William Everest of Sevenoaks in the County of Kent being weak of body but of sound Mind Memory and Understanding (praised be God for the same) Do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following

I Give unto my beloved Sons William Everest and John Everest and my Son in Law John Gates Husband of my Daughter Ann Gates their Heirs and Assigns for ever all my Real Estate of what nature or kind soever
In Trust that then they shall dispose of what part they see necessary for the following purposes
First to pay all my just Debts

then from the Money I Give unto my Son William Everest Nine hundred pounds of good and lawful Money of Great Britain
upon this further Trust that he shall pay unto my beloved Daughters Frances Everest and Sarah Everest Four hundred Pounds each at such times and in such proportions as shall to him seem most suitable and proper he being careful to �.the said Sum while in his hands to their advantage

And I do further direct him to pay the remaining One hundred Pounds to my Grandson Joseph Streatfield when he attains the Age of Twenty One Years the Interest in the mean time I direct my said Son at his Discretion to apply to my Grandson

I Give to my Brothers Peter Everest and John Everest Five Pounds each for Mourning

It is further my wish that if I should become owner of a certain Slip of Ground now in the occupation of Richard Fuller near the Dorset Arms Sevenoaks that my Brother Peter should have such Part of it as he ..... Expence

All the remainder of my Property both Real and Personal of what nature and kind soever that shall remain after the Aforesaid Debts and Legacies are paid I Give unto my aforesaid beloved Sons William Everest and John Everest and my Son in Law John Gates Husband of my Daughter Ann Gates their Heirs and Assigns for ever Share and Share Alike as Tenants in Common and not as Joint tenants

And I do direct my said Son in Law John Gates to pay out of his Share unto my Granddaughter Mary Gates one hundred pounds when she attains the Age of Twenty One Years or Day of Marriage

And Lastly I appoint my beloved Sons William Everest and John Everest my Son in Law John Gates and my Brother Peter Everest or the Survivor or Survivors of them Executors of this my last Will and Testament and revoking others I do declare this as my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty ninth day of December One Thousand eight hundred and three Wm Everest
