This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Exeter of Cranbrook in the County of Kent Spinster made this twenty fourth day of August one thousand eight hundred and eleven

I give and devise unto my Cousin Ann the Wife of Moses Sanders All that Messuage or Tenement Lands and Premises with the Appurts situate at Hayseldean Wood in Cranbrook aforesaid and now in my Occupation and of the said Moses Sanders To hold the same unto the said Ann Sanders her heirs and assigns for ever

I give to my Cousin Elizabeth Wood Widow of Anthony Wood the Sum of one hundred and fifty pounds
Also I give to the Widow of my late Cousin James Beach the Sum of twenty pounds

And all the remainder of my Household Goods Stocks Funds Securities for Money and personal Estate whatsoever I give and bequeath unto the said Ann Sanders absolutely

I appoint the said Ann Sanders sole Executrix of this my Will
In Witness whereof I the said Ann Exeter the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal the Day and Year above written The Mark and Seal of Ann Exeter X
