In the Name of God Amen I Ann Fagg of the Parish of Saint Peter the Apostle in the Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent Widow being in good health of Body and of Sound Perfect and disposing mind memory and understanding Praised be the Lord for the same but considering the Frailties of Human Life and the uncertainty of the time thereof and being willing and desirous to avoid and Prevent all disputes and Controversies after my decease about the Estate which the Lord hath blessed me with all do therefore the Twenty fourth day of March in the nineteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God King of Great Britain France and Ireland defender of the faith and in the year of our Lord 1745 make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following

Imprimis I Humbly Commend my Soul to Almighty God my maker hoping for and steadfastly believing in and through my blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to receive full Pardon and Remission of all my Sins and Transgressions and my Body I leave to the Earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named and as for such Worldly Goods and Estate as it hath pleased God to bless me with I give and dispose thereof as follows

Item I do hereby give and bequeath unto my daughter Catherine Fagg and to her heirs and assigns for ever all those two Messuages or Tenements Barn outhouses Edifices and buildings together with the Yards Gardens or orchards with their and every of their appurtenances belonging thereunto situate lying and being in the Parish of Saint Peter the Apostle aforesaid at or near a Certain Place there called Challows and is now in the several Tenures or occupations of my self and John Jervice

Item I do give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Laming one shilling of good and lawful money to be paid her by my Executor within twelve months next after my decease

Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Abigail one shilling to be paid her by my Executor within twelve months next after my decease

Item I give and bequeath unto my two Grandsons the Sons of my Son William Fagg deceased one shilling to each of them to be paid by my Executor within twelve months next after my decease

Item I give and bequeath unto my two Grandchildren William Justice and Susanna Justice one shilling to each of them to be paid by my Executor within twelve months next after my decease

Item I give and bequeath to my said daughter Katherine Fagg all my Household goods whatsoever and also all my Wearing apparel whatsoever both of Woollen and Linnen with all the rest residue and remainder of all and singular my Goods Chattells money and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature Quality or degree soever the same shall Exist

and be my Just debts and Funerall charges to be paid by my Executor and I do hereby make and ordain my said daughter Katherine Fagg whole and Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

and Lastly I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills and Codicils by me made and declared and do publish and declare these Presents written and contained in one Sheet of Paper to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Ann Fagg have hereunto set my hand and seal Ann Fagg
