first I give and bequeath unto Mrs Elizabeth Lawrence
Widow of Wm Lawrence late of Lydd Blacksmith the Sum of Ten pounds of good and lawful money
secondly I give and bequeath to Mrs Elizabeth Lepper Wife of
John Lepper Carpenter of Lydd the Sum of Ten pounds good and lawful money
to be paid them respectively out of my Land and Tenements by my Executors six months after my decease
third I give and bequeath to my Son Matthew Fagg all my Lands and Tenements Stock in the Land Bonds mortgages notes of hand book debts and money whatever and wherever I may be possessed of at my decease to him and his heirs for Ever
fourthly I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Fagg the Sum of thirty pounds per year to
be paid her by my Son Matthew Fagg so long as she may live
also the living in the house I now live in during the time of her natural life
also all my household furniture and wearing apparel to the said Mary my daughter for her own disposal
my funeral expences and just debts to be paid by my Son Matthew Fagg I do hereby disallow and revoke all former Wills and Testaments Legacies and bequests whatsoever
I do hereby appoint my Son Matthew Fagg Mary Fagg my daughter and Robt Shoosmith Fagg my Grandson Executors and admors to this my last Will and Testament to be by them faithfully done
