I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary charges and expences to be fully paid and satisfied and after the payment thereof
I do give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Augusta Margaret Fagg all my Estate both real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever and whether the same shall be in possession reversion remainder or expectancy To hold to her the said Augusta Margaret Fagg her heirs executors administrators and assigns according to the nature and tenure of my said Estates respectively
(except however my Medical Books which I desire may be equally divided and given between my two brothers
Charles Fagg and Frederick Thomas Fagg
and also my two Flutes which I also give to my brother the said Frederick Thomas Fagg)
And hereby constituting and appointing my said dear Wife sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament I
