This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Fancett of the Parish of Boxley near Maidstone in the County of Kent Labourer

I give and bequeath all and every of my household goods household Furniture wearing apparel plate linen china books sum and sums of money money in the funds debts due and owing to me if any there shall be at the time of my death and all other my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever belonging to me at the time of my decease after all my just debts funeral expences and the charges of proving this my Will are thereout first paid and discharged unto my wife to be had received and taken by her respectfully for her own sole use benefit and advantage and her receipt only shall be a good and effectual discharge

and in case my said wife should die before my decease then all my said estate and effects to be divided amongst my two brothers Thomas and Nicholas Fancett and my sister Rebecca Fancett and their receipt or receipts shall be a good and effectual discharge or discharges

and I appoint Charles Paston of the Marine Band Chatham barracks sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former Will or Wills Codicil or Codicils by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Henry Fancett the Testator have hereunto set my hand & seal the twenty seventh day of May in the year one thousand eight hundred and twenty five Signed sealed published and declared by the said Henry Fancett
