Be it Knowne unto all men by these presents that I Stephen Ferrall of the pishe [parish] of Brenchley in the County of Kent Clothier have for many good causes and Consideracons me thereunto movinge, gyven and granted unto Brigett my wel beloved wife (that is to saye) all my Cattles, Sheepe, horse beastes and all my Corne and grounde as well my howsholde stuffe goods moveables money debts Chattels & all other my goods woole & clothes in my keepinge or any way due belonginge or appertaininge unto me the said Stephen Ferrrall as much as my power doth extent

And especially because she the said Bridgit dyd Acknowledge a Fyne of Certein Lands & tenements wch [which] my Brother Mr. Tobias Ferrall did gyve unto me
And for further Consideracons hereof as part of the whole I gyve unto her the said Bridget twelve pence In the name of season? of the premises aforesaid

In Witnesse whereof I have heareunto sett my hand and seale the xiijth [13th] daye of October in the yeae of our Lord 1623
