In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Field of Chislehurst in the County of Kent Carpenter do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)
First I order and direct that all my Just Debts and Funeral Expences and the Charge of Proving this my Will be paid with all convenient Speed after my decease And I desire to be buried as near my late dear Wife Susan Field as conveniently may be
And as to my Worldly Estate I give and dispose thereof as follows (that is to say)

I give and bequeath unto my Sister Sarah Green the Sum of Ten Pounds to be paid within One Month next after my decease

also I give devise and bequeath unto my said Sister Sarah Green One Annuity or Yearly Sum of Ten Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain for and during the Term of her natural life by equal Quarterly Payments on the twenty fifth Day of March the twenty fourth Day of June the twenty ninth Day of September and the twenty fifth Day of December in each year without any deductions or abatement whatsoever and the first Payment thereof to begin and be made on such of the said Feast Days as shall be nearest and prior to the Expiration of One year next after my decease

and from and after her decease I give and devise the said Annuity or Yearly Sum of Ten Pounds unto her Son James Green of Houlton in the County of Suffolk for and during the Term of his natural life

and I hereby charge and make chargeable with the Payment of the same all my Freehold and Leasehold Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and Personal estate hereinafter given and disposed of and I give to my said Sister and her Son respectively Power to distrain for the said Annuity on the said Premises or any Part thereof and to enter in to the said Premises and receive the rents thereof for Payment thereof if the same or any Part thereof shall at any time be in arrear and unpaid

and (Subject to the Payment of my Debts Funeral Expences and the said Annuity or Yearly Sum of Ten Pounds and the Legacy aforesaid I give devise and bequeath all and every my Freehold and Leasehold Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and all and every my Stock in Trade Monies Goods Chattels and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto and to the use of my Nephew Edward White his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns

And I make and appoint my said Nephew Edward White Sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all other Wills by me made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Field the Testator have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twentieth Day of March in the thirtieth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third and in the Year of our Sovereign Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety Tho: Field
