In the Name of God Amen I John Finnis of Sheerness in the County of Kent being sick and weake but in perfect mind and memory Doe make my Last will and Testament in manner Following Vizt I Recommend my Soul to God that Gave it and my to the Earth to be Decently Buried at the Discretion of my Executor hereafter mentioned And as for my the worldly goods which God has Bestowed upon me I give and Bequeath them as Follows Vizt

I Give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Webb wife of William Webb of Chatham in the County of Kent Labourer Five pounds

and all such Other Estate goods and Chattells that shall be due to me or remaine by me at the time of my Decease after all Funerall and other Charges are paid I Give and Bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth Finnis

and I Doe hereby Nominate and Appointe my Loving Friend Hugh Downman of Sheerness aforesaid Gentleman full and sole Executor of this my Last will and Testament And I Doe publish and Declare this to be my Last will and Testament hereby revoaking and recalling all former wills which I have made from the Beginning of the world to this Day

In Witnesse whereof I the said John Finnis have hereunto Sett my hand and Seale this Thirtieth Day of Aprill One Thousand Seaven hundred and Eleaven in the Tenth yeare of the reigne of Our Soveraigne Lady Anne of Great Brittanie France and Ireland Queen Defender of the Faith
