I William Finnis of the Town & Port of Dover in the County of Kent Superannuated officer of the Board of Customs being of sound & disposing mind & memory but weak in body do make & ordain this my last Will & testament & first I Give my Spirit into the hands of my redeemer & my body to the Earth

Item I Give to my daughter Ann Kennett Back Widow of Ambrose Back late of Dover aforesaid all my property of every sort & kind whatsoever & wheresoever to her sole use & benefit & solely at her own disposal only
& with the exception of the payment of my just & lawful debts funeral expences & the charges of proving this my last Will & testament
& also paying the Sum of five pounds to my daughter in law Mary Wife of the late Newman Finnis in token of my respect

& I constitute & appoint my said daughter Ann Kennett Back Executrix & my good friend John Pembroke of Dover aforesaid Banker’s Clerk Executor to this my last Will & testament hereby revoking all former Wills at any time made by me & declaring this to be my last Will & testament

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the thirtieth day of October 1813
