I Mary Finnis Widow of the Town of Maidstone in the County of Kent do hereby give and bequeath to my Granddaughter Sarah Eliza Jones my house situated in Pleasant Row in the vicinity of this Town together with my Furniture Plate and Linen and whatsoever Property I am now or may become possessed of

I also appoint the said Sarah Eliza Jones my sole Executrix to this my last Will and in token thereof I hereunto affix my seal this twenty eighth day of August in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty one Mary Finnis
