In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Fishingden of Sittingbourne in the County of Kent Bachelder doe make and ordaine my last will and Testament in manner and forme Followeinge
First I bequeth my Soule to God hopinge of A glorious Ressurrection and remission of my Sinns thurrow my Lord and Saviours merrits and my body to be buried with a Chri[s]tan burill

Item I give unto my Sister P.... Fishenden the Eldest the halfe of my Estate
and likewise I give unto my youngest Sister [Elizabeth?] Fissenden the other halfe

I Thomas Fisngden doe make and grant that the said Mary Fisingden the Eldest shall be my Exectetor [Executor] unto me after the buriel and Charges be over and then they shall distribit it Equalie betwene them both

Whereunto I set my hand and seale delevered In the presents [presence] of being this 24 Day of April 1668
