Item I give to my deare wife Paulina Fludd all my householdstuffe as brass pewter linnen woollen plate and all other things with all ready money stock of cattell leases and other goods and chattells with all other things of what nature or kind so ever. This is the last Will and Testament of me the said Thomas Fludd as touching the disposing of all my lands and tennements in manner and forme following. As for my lands in East Farley with whatsoever lands is let by lease to Edward Darby for one and twenty years now in the occupation of the said Edward Darby and also the lands now in the possession of John Ward in the parish of Otham let in lease for eleven yeares and also a small tennnement with about twenty acres of land more or less now in the occupation of Daniel Clayson all these lands houses barnes stables ?????? I give and bequeath to my wife Paulina Fludd and to the heires of her body by me begotten and to their heires forever.
And for want of such heires unto my brother Peter Fludd and his heires. always provided that my wife Paulina Fludd shall have full possession of all herein mentioned belonging to me at the day of my death during her natural life without any molestation or hindrance. And to this my last Will and Testament I doe make and ordaine to bee sole Executrix my wife Paulina Fludd and no other. All my debts legacies and funeral expenses being discharged. In witness whereof I the said Thomas Fludd have hereunto set my hand and seale the day and yeare above written. Thomas Fludd signed sealed published and declared in the prescence of Edw.
