Inpri[mi]s I give and bequeath unto my sonne John Foche the sume of twenty shillings to bee paid within twelve monethes next coming
after my decease, I haveing done largly for him alreadie
Item I give unto my Son Henry Foche the like sum of twentie shillings of like (money) to bee paid witin Twelve moneths after my

Item I give unto my Daughter Mary Andrewes the workes of Mr. Jeremiah Burroughs upon the 11th Chap : of St. Math. 28.29. and 30th
verses with a stone pott with a gilt silver foote and lid w[hi]ch was wont to stand upon the Chest in my Chamber
Item I give and bequeath unto my freind and kinsman Mr. Thomas Bradford the sume of Tenn pounds of Lawfull English monyes in
consideracon of that faithfull Care which I presume hee will take in the Trust I request hee will bee concerned in with my daughter Dorothy
Item I give and bequeath unto my freind Mr. William Mandy of Sandwich in the County of Kent, Gent. the sume of five pounds of like
monies
Item I give unto my Sister Oldfeild, Widdow the sume of Tenn pounds of like lawfull monies
Item I give and bequeath unto my freind Mr. Samuel Pomfret of London, Gent. the summe of Tenn pounds of like monies
Item I give unto my freind Mr. John Learner now or late of Deale in the County of Kent, Gent. the sume of Five pounds sterl[ing]
Item I give and bequeath unto my freind Mr. Terry, now or late of Stoke Newington in the County of Middx. Gent. the like sume of
five pounds of like monyes
Item I give unto my freind Mr. Dollby of London, Gent. the like sume of five pounds of like monies
And I will that the summe of twelve pounds sterling with interest bee paid unto Mr. Jeremiah Howes of Bishopsgate Streete, London,
Scrivener of whom I lately borrowed the same sume upon the security of my three acres of Land lying at or neare Sutton aforesaid, and
w[hi]ch I purchased of John Verrier, Gent.
And for the better and more sure paym[en]t of all and singuler my said severall Legacies and debts and the summe of Sixty and five pounds
left in my hands by my sister in Lawe Fyan Randolph Wife of Edward Randolph formerly of Westcliffe near Dover In Trust to bee paid
unto her Children as they come of age; I will and order that all my Lands and premisses with the appurtenances in or neare Sutton aforesaid
and all other my freehold Lands in the County of Kent aforesaid bee withall convenient speed sold for the best price they will
yeild
and with the purchase money In the first place to pay all and singuler my said severall legacies and debts ad funerall expences, the
overplus and remainder thereof I give and bequeath to and among my said Three Daughters (vizt.) Anne Foche Dorothy Foche and Mary Andrews
equally to bee divided, share and share alike
And I will that all my other household goods and all other my personall estate bee likewise sold and
the produce thereof in like remainder bee equally and among and betweene my said three daughters, part and part alike
Provided alwayes and my further minde and will is that if any or either of my said three Daughters shall prove contentious with either of the other or shall endeavour to opose, lessen or weaken my Will herein Comprised, then I will that such of them that shall soe prove Contentious or vexatious shall loose one halfe part moiety or share of her said porcon and the other sister or sisters shall have the whole benefitt thereof, any thing aforesaid herein Contained to the Contrary there of in any wise notwithstanding
And I doe hereby make, ordaine, Constitute, depute and appoint my said Daughter Dorothy Foche and my said Kinsman Thomas Bradford Executors in trust of this my Last will and testam[en]t to whome I give devise and bequeath All and singuler my Freehold Lands in the County of Kent and elsewhere to bee forthwith sold for the uses aforesaid
And I appoint my said Freind William Mandy, Overseere of this my last will and Testament, whose fidelitie and care with my Executors in the
due execucon of this my Will I earnestly desire
And I doe hereby revoke, annull and make void all and every other Will and Wills testament and testaments by mee at any time heretofore
made and declared, and publish this and this only my last will and testament
In witnesse whereof I the said Testator Thomas Foche have hereunto sett my hand and seale the day and yeare first above written

Bee it knowne to all men by these presents That whereas I Thomas Foch late of Sutton (near Dover) in the County of Kent and now of
the Hamblett of Spittlefeilds in the parish of Stebonheath als Stepney in the County of Middlesex, Gent. have made and declared my last will
and testam[en]t in writing, bearing date the eleaventh day of February last past before the date hereof
I the said Thomas Foch doe by this present Codicill confirme and ratify my said Last Will and Testament
And doe hereby further signify and declare that I have since making and executing my said Will found occasion to take up the summe of Three hundred pounds sterling upon the security of my Lands at Sutton aforesaid, which I will and order bee paid out of the monies to bee raised upon sale thereof And I will the residue of all such monies thereupon to bee raised to bee disposed and distributed as by the said will is limited and appointed
And this by way of Codicill to my said Will I will and order be and bee adjudged and taken as part and parcell of my said will
witnesse my hand and seale this twenty eighth day of May Anno Domini one thousand six hundred eighty six And in the second yeare of the
reigne of King James the second over England, etc.
