In the Name of God Amen the fifth day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty two
I Margaret Follet of Dartford in the County of Kent being of perfect mind and Memory thanks be to God and calling to mind the mortality of my Body and knowing that it is appointed to all men once to die do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament that is to say
First of all I give and Recommend my Soul into the Hands of God that gave it and my Body I recommend to the Ground to be buried in a decent and Christian like at the Discretion of my Executrix and as touching my worldly Estate I give devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form

Imprimis I give to my brother Thomas Eve four Shillings per Week for his Life to be paid by my Executrix out of the Interest of my Money in the Bank of England
Also I give him five pounds towards his funeral Expences and if there should be occasion for more if Complaint be made my Executrix shall assist him
Also I give to him the said Thomas Eve five pounds to be paid him at my decease to buy him Necessaries

Item I give to Alice Stevens the Interest of one hundred pounds for her Life and at her decease to be paid to her two Daughters Alice Murrett and Ann Powell viz the said Hundred Pounds equally between them

Item I give Susanna Canton some of my Cloaths that will suit her best Bed
Item I give Mary Whiffen twenty pounds and a Suit of Cloaths to be paid by my Executrix at my decease
Item I give to Ann Powell ten pounds and a Suit of Cloaths
Item I give to Mary Nickson five pounds to be paid by my Executrix at my decease
Item I give to Judith Maurley one pound one Shilling to be paid by my Executrix at my decease

Item it is my Will that Alice Stevens and Alice Murrett and Ann Powell her Daughters and Mary Whiffen shall divide my Household Goods and whatever else of my Clothes remains of the above equally between them

And Lastly I appoint Alice Stevens to be my Executrix
