Also I Give
and bequeath unto my Eldest Son John Foreman (whom
I have hereinafter appointed Executor of this my will)
the Sum of One hundred pounds of Good and Lawful
Money of Great Britain to be by him had and taken out
of my Personal Estate within Twelve Months next after
my Decease
And whereas I have already advanced and
Given to my Son Thomas Foreman for his better Support
And Maintenance in the World in Money and Goods the
Sum of Forty one pounds Now I do hereby Give and bequeath
to my said Son Thomas Foreman the Sum of Nine pounds
more of Good and Lawful Money of Great Britain to be
paid to him within Twelve Months next after my Decease
by my Executor hereinafter named
And whereas I have
also advanced and Given unto my Daughter Ann (the
now Wife of John Ballard of Horsmonden aforesaid
yeoman) for her better Support and Maintenance in the
World the Sum of Twenty five pounds of Good and Lawful
Money of Great Britain Now I do hereby Give and bequeath
unto my said Daughter Ann (the Wife of John Ballard)
the sum of Twenty five pounds more of like money to be
paid to her within Twelve Months next after my decease
by my Executor hereinafter named
Also I give and bequeath
unto my Daughter Frances Foreman the sum of Fifty pounds
of Good and Lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid
to her within Twelve Months next after my Decease by my
Executor hereinafter named
Also I Give and bequeath
unto my Son William Foreman the Sum of Fifty pounds
of like money to be paid to him within Twelve Months next
after my Decease by my Executor hereinafter named if he
shall then have arrived to his age of Twenty one years and
if not Then so soon afterwards as he Shall arrive to the
Age of Twenty one years
And Whereas I have already
Advanced and Given unto my Daughter Mary (the Wife of
Nicholas Barber of Loose in the County of aforesaid Tanner)
For her better Support and Maintenance in the World the
Sum of Fifty pounds of Good and Lawful Money of Great
Britain Now I do hereby declare that the same was by me
Intended and Shall for ever hereafter be Considered as a
Free[?] Gift of mine to my said Daughter Mary the Wife of
Nicholas Barber and that She or the said husband shall not
Be accountable to my Executor or any other person or persons
For the same
Also all the Rest and Residue of my ready
Money Debts Household Goods and all other my Goods Chattels
And Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (my Debts
Legacys and Funeral Expenses and the Charges of Proving)
this my Will and other Incident Charges being first paid
and Satisfied I Give and bequeath unto my said Six children
namely John Foreman Thomas Foreman Mary the Wife of
Nicholas Barber Ann the Wife of John Ballard Frances
Foreman and William Foreman to be Equally Divided between
them Share and Share alike And I do hereby make and
Ordain my said Son John Foreman full and Sole Executor
of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making
Void all former Wills by me formerly made In Witness whereof
I the said Mary Foreman the Testatrix to this my last Will
and Testament contained in One Sheet of Paper have set
my hand and Seal dated the day and year first above written

The said Mary Foreman the Testatrix as and for her last
Will and Testament in the presence of us who Subscribed
our names as Witnesses to the same in the presence of the
said Testatrix _

The Residue of my Will Mary Foreman is in this Sheet of
paper I Give unto my Son John Foreman Twenty pound of
Good Lawful Money more than in my other will mentioned
I Give unto my Son John One large Silver Spoon marked
with R.F.
I Give unto my three Daughters Mary Ann
Frances all my Wearing Apparel of all Sorts
likewise I Give to them all my Four Gold Rings
I Give unto my Daughter Frances Foreman the Bed and hanging and all that
belongs to it and the Great Chest in the Closet and a that
is in it and one large Silver Spoon mark with T.T.M.F.
I Give unto my Son William Foreman the other Bed in
my Room and all that belongs to it and the little Riding
Mare only he is to Give to my Son Thomas Foreman three
Pound of Money
I Give to my Son Will Foreman One
large Silver Spoon mark with T T.M.T.
likewise my Will is to have a Double headstone
And I Give unto my Servant Maid Chalthan Balhost a Black half yard
Gamblet[?] Gown to be bought for her
as Witnesses to the same, we set our hands to it,
Mary Foreman, Susanna Twort, Ann Twort, Ann Ballard.
This Will was proved at London with a Codicil annexed the Sixth day of November In the year of of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty nine before the Worshipful Andrew Coltee[?] Durawl[?] Doctor of Laws Surrogate Master Keeper or Commissary of the prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of John Foreman the Son of the deceased and Sole Executor named in the said Will to whom Administration was Granted of all and Singular The Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased having been first Sworn duly to Administer.
