I give to Alice Warne Wife of James Warne of the Grange Tanner my leasehold House at Blackheath with Every thing belonging
unto it as when I bought it fixtures included or which I may have since added with all the furniture Liquors in it but not
bonds Money bank bills Lottery tiquets books nor writings and then to her husband James Warne
but if the said Alice Warne or James Warne should live at Sydenham or Any where else Blackheath excepted then I give the
said House to their Son James Warne with the aforesaid Fixtures and Furniture
to Mrs Oben Sister to Mrs Alice Warne one hundred pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain
to Mr James Warne husband of Mrs Alice Warne one hundred pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain
to the two Children of James Warne and Alice Sympson to each ten pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain
to Mary Spencer Wife of John Spencer coal Merchant of Canterbury ten pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain
to each of my servants now living with me twenty five pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain
And I give all my China and Glass which I now have in Canterbury to Mrs Alice Warne Wife of James Warne of the Grange Tanner
and all the rest of my fortune of whatsoever nature I give to my Sister Esther Agace to be at her absolute disposal
and I appoint my Sister Esther Agace Sole Executrix of this my last Will all written with mine own hand this twenty
