Item: to my three daughters Alice, Amy and Mary �10 a piece.
Item: I give to my daughter Harris, her two daughters �50 a piece to them when they shall accomplish the age of 16 years

Item: I give to Alice my daughter all the annuity that I have going to her husband Harris his land to have and to hold. After her decease to my godson Richard Harris. I also give her another annuity going out of a land which I have of �50 lying in Willsbarrow sometime of John Essex the elder and after her decease to her sons living.

Item: to my son Arthur Franklin �50.
Item: to my sister Robson 10 shillings also to my sister Langley 20 shillings.
Item: to Mr Jackson if he should preach at my funeral 20 shillings.
Item: All the rest of my goods to my son John Franklyn.

Item: to my son my lands where I now dwell called Deale Place with all that belongs to it.
Item: To Arthur Franklyn my son my lands lying in Woodchurch.
Item: to James my son my lands in Ivychurch my lands of about 30 acres called Walland Marsh. Also 8 acres of land in Godmersham, but he to pay to John Franklins children now living �30.

Item: My son Arthur Franklin to pay John Nicholson �50 and James to pay Amy Nicholson �50 and to pay John Nicholson aforesaid 50 shillings.
I give to Arthur Franklin my son all my household goods.
