In the Name of God Amen I Killingbeck Franckwell of Dartford in the County of Kent Cooper being in bodily health and of a sound and disposeing mind and memory (praised be God for the same)and considering the perrills and dangers of the Seas (which I am about to pass through) and other uncertainties of this transitory life Doe for avoiding controversies after my decease make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following (That is to say)
First I recommend my Soul into the hands of God that gave itt and my body I commit to the earth or Sea as itt shall please God to order And as for or concerning all my worldly Estate I give bequeath and dispose thereof as followeth (that is to say)

all my Sallary pay and wages summe and summes of money and all my Lands Tenements goods chattles and Estate whatsoever both reall and personall as shall bee any wayes due owing or belonging unto mee at the time of my decease I doe give devise and bequeath the same unto my loving Mother Elizabeth Franckwell of Dartford aforesaid Widdow

And I doe hereby nominate and appointe my said Mother Elizabeth Franckwell the sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills & Testaments and Deeds of Guift by mee att any time heretofore made
And I doe Ordaine and Ratifie these presents to stand and bee for my only last Will and Testament

In Witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Seale to this my Will (contained in one halfe sheete of paper) this First day of December Anno Dm 1711 Killingbeck Franckwell
