unto my well beloved wife, Elizabeth Frazier of Chatham in the County of Kent all such sum and sums of money, goods, chattels and estates as may be owing or belonging to me at the time of my decease
and I do hereby nominate to institute and appoint my said wife, Elizabeth Frazier sole executrix of this my last will and testament
and I do give and bequeath unto my said executrix all the rest of my estate whatsoever both real and
personal hereby revoking and making void all other and former wills by me henceforth made
do authorize this to be my last will and testament
in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand and seven
hundred and forty three (23rd July 1743) and in the seventeenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King George the Second by the Grace
of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland King, Defender of the Faith
Alexander Frazier.
Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said as and for this last will and testament in
the presence of us who have herein subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the said Testator
Edward Atkinson, John Wilkes.
This Will was proved at London the first day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty six (1st September 1756) before the worshipful Arthur Collier, Doctor of Laws, surrogator of the Right Honourable Sir George Lee Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully instituted by the oath of Elizabeth Frazier, widow the Relict of the Deceased and Sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the Deceased having been first Sworn duly to administer.
