The last will and Testament of Thomas Frend of Ashe next Sandwich In the County of Kent yomon of his personall estat and lands

Item I give unto Elizabeth my wife during her naturall lyf my bed and bed stedell I now ly upon with two payer of sheets and all the furniture there unto belonging as now it stands
Item I give unto hir fower pounds a year during hir naturall lyf to bee payd hir 20 shillings a quarter the first payment to beegin the first market daye next after my deses

Item I do give unto Thomas Frend my sonne my hous and land Thomas Dixson new dwills In with all the apertynenses thear unto bee longing and to his heyres for ever
Item my will and mening is that my wif shall have hir dwelling and dy-- with Thomas Frend my sonne whear hee shall divi-e during hir naturell lyf if shee will but if shee will not but will go from him then my will is my sonne shall geve hir a siame of wheat and a siom of mawlt every year during hir lyf with other sinell nisisary as my sonne shall conveniatly speare for hir

all the rist of my good and chattells and redy mony do I geve unto Thomas Frend my sonne and hem doo I make my holl and soll execotur of this my last will and testament
