Will of Thomas French

of Cranbrook, Kent

first I give and bequeath to my son John French twenty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to him three Months after my decease

Also I give and bequeath to my son Thomas French twenty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to him three Months after my decease

Also I give and bequeath to my Son William French Seventy pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to him one month after the expiration of his Apprenticeship

Also I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary French Seventy pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to her three Months after my decease

Also I give and bequeath to Mrs Mary Morrell three pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to her one month after my decease

Also I give and bequeath to Erwan Morrell one Pound of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to him one month after my decease
Also I give and bequeath to Hannah Morrell one Pound of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to her one month after my decease

Also I give and bequeath to my Sons and Daughter John French Thomas French William French and Mary French All my Wearing Apparell Sum and Sums of money that I may have by me at the time of my decease to be equally divided share and share alike

I give and bequeath to Mr James Knowlden of Cranbrook in the County of Kent Butcher and Mr Thomas Blackman of Cranbrook in the aforesaid County Grocer all the aforesaid legacies with Coach Horses Harness In trust to be sold and the money arising by such sale after all reasonable charges in or about the same to be paid as my aforesaid Will expresses

And I do hereby ordain that all my just debts funeral Expences may be discharged within six Weeks after my decease
And also make and ordain Mr James Knowlden of Cranbrook in the aforesaid County Butcher and Mr Thomas Blackman of Cranbrook in the aforesaid County Grocer sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament

And Lastly I do hereby revoke all former Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made declaring this to be my last Will and Testament containing one sheet of paper have set my hand and seal thereof the day and year above written Thomas French
