Will of Eleanor Sophia French

of Margate, Kent

I give and devise all my messuages lands tenements Hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever with the Appurts unto and to the use of my Children Andrew French Michael French and Mary Ernle Money Wife of the Reverend Kyrle Money equally to be divided between them as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants And to their several and respective Heirs and Assigns for ever

I give and bequeath to my said Children equally share and share alike all my monies securities for money Effects Goods Chattels and Personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever after and subject to the payment of my just debts and Funeral & testamentary charges and expences and the legacies after mentioned and to their respective executors and administrators for their own respective absolute use and benefit

and I do nominate and appoint my much valued and respected Friends Robert Butler Richard Butler and James Butler of Austin Friars London Merchants Executors of this my Will to each of whom I give Five Guineas for a ring in token of my remembrance

And lastly I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of June in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty five Eleanor Sophia French
