I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences be paid by my executors hereinafter named as soon as will conveniently may be after my decease
I give and bequeath unto Richard Hinds of Cranbrook Plumber & Glazier all my working tools of every description and all the fitting up in the shops absolutely
and as to all and every my household furniture linnen and wearing apparel books
plate pictures china stock in trade and also all & every sum and
sums of money which may be found in my house or about my
person or due to me at the time of my decease and also all my
securities for money book debts and All other my Personal Estate
and Effects whatsoever not otherwise hereinbefore disposed of I
give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto the said
Richard Hinds Plumber & Glazier and Mr John Russell of Cranbrook
Miller upon the trusts hereinafter mentioned that is to say
Upon Trust that they the said John Russell and Richard Hinds do and shall
as soon as conveniently may be after my decease put off my said
Business of a Plumber and Glazier and make sale & dispose of either
by public auction or private contract & at such time or times as to
them or him shall seem meet all such parts of my said personal
estate as shall not consist of money & securitys for money And
collect get in and secure all such parts thereof as shall consist of
moneys and securities for money and do and shall stand possessed
of the moneys so to arise and be produced after payment thereout
of that all my just debts funeral testamentary and other incidental
expences and also the bequest to themselves hereinafter mentioned
Upon Trust to pay and divide the net residue unto between and
amongst my brother Roberts of Ticehurst my sister sarah Moore of
Cranbrook my sister Mary Herbert of Dover in equal shares and
proportions share and share alike to whom I give and bequeath the
same absolutely
and I hereby declare that the rec'ts in writing of
my said Trustees or her under their or his hand shall be a full
discharge to all persons paying moneys under the Trusts of this my Will
And I nominate constitute and appoint the said John Russell and Richard Hinds to be executors of this my Will and request Mr John Russell only to accept the sum of five pounds as a small remuneration for his trouble in and about the execution of this my Will to him I give and bequeath the same accordingly
