In the Name of God Amen I John Frith of Westerham in the County of Kent Baker being of sound and disposing Mind Memory and Understanding praised be Almighty God therefore do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say First and Principally I recommend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God and my Body I commit to the Earth to be interred at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named and as touching the disposition of such Temporal Estate which it hath pleased Almighty God to bless me with I give devise and dispose of the same in manner following that is to say

I give and bequeath unto my four Grandchildren Elizabeth Bradborn John Bradborn Sarah Bradborn and Joseph Bradborn Children of deceased daughter Mary Bradborn the Sum of five Pounds apiece to be paid to them respectively within twelve Months next after my decease

Also I give and devise unto my daughter Elizabeth Frith all that my Messuage or Tenement with the Garden Orchard and Appurtenances hereunto belonging situate and being at Godstone in the County of Surry late in the Occupation of John Eastgate and now in the Occupation of John Steadman and all other my real Estate whatsoever To have and to hold the same unto my said daughter Elizabeth Frith and to her Heirs and Assigns

Also all the rest and residue of my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate after Payment of my Debts Legacies and Funeral Expences and subject and liable to the same I give and bequeath unto my said daughter Elizabeth Frith

And I do make nominate and ordain my said daughter Elizabeth Frith full and sole Executrix of this my said Will

And I do hereby revoke annul and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I the said John Frith to this my last Will and Testament my hand and seal have set the twenty first day of January in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy two John Frith
