I give & bequeath to my wife Sarah Frith the use of my household Goods & implements of
household & also the rents issue & proceeds of all & every my leasehold & personal Estate for & during the term of her natural life
and in Case the same shall not be sufficient for the support and maintenance of her my said Wife I do hereby direct that a competant
part or if necessary that the whole of such my leasehold & personal Estate shall be used and applied in & for the support & maintenance
of her my said wife
and I do further will and direct that at the expiration of one month from the Decease of her my said Wife the Sum of Twenty Pounds shall be paid to my son Thomas Frith if sufficient shall remain of my personal Estate for that purpose
and after payment of the said Sum of twenty pounds I give and bequeath two third part of the whole into three equal parts to be divided of what shall then remain of my said personal Estate unto my two Grandchildren Lewis William Hopkinson and Mary Hopkinson Children of my Daur Sarah Hopkinson and their assigns
and as to the remaining one third part thereof I will and direct that the interest to be made
thereof shall go & be employed towards the maintenance of my Granddaughter Sarah Townsend until she shall attain the age
of Twenty one years and the principal to be paid to her the said Sarah Townsend on her attaining that age
but in case she shall not live to attain that age I give such remaining third part unto
my said Grandchildren Lewis William & Mary Hopkinson and their assigns
and I do hereby appoint my said Wife & my son in law John Hopkinson of Derby Miller Exors of this my Will
