First I give unto my son JOHN FUCE one shilling he having been very expensive to me formerly and upon several occasions.
Also whereas I have in ready money in my house and in my wives keeping the sum of four score pounds or thereabouts and the sum of thirty pounds in my Brother JOHN SPRATTs hands and also what I have in other goods chattels personal estate stock and crop of my little farm and lands I now hold in lease of the Reverend Herbert Taylor (after my debts and funeral charges are paid and satisfied) I give and dispose of in manner and form following (that is to say).
I give unto my loving wife MARY one full third part thereof
and the other two third parts thereof I do hereby give and bequeath unto my son WILLIAM FUCE
and to my Daughter MARY the wife of RICHARD INGE
and to my Daughters? MARTHA FUCE and ELIZABETH FUCE equally to be divided between them share and share alike.
And as to the said lease and the Residue of the term of years thereby granted to me of
the said farm and land by the said Reverend Mr. Herbert Taylor I give and bequeath
the same unto my said wife MARY and to the said RICHARD INGE and MARY his
wife their several Executors Administrators and Assigns.
And Will and Mind is that they use occupy the same joyntly together.
And lastly I do hereby make and constitute the said JOHN SPRATT my Brother in Law Executor of this my last Will and Testament whom I do hereby desire to see this my Will duly performed and to be advising and aiding and assisting to my said wife and children therein.
In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal the second Day of May in
the year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred thirty three.
