In the name of God Amen upon the Tenth day of Aprill 1625
I John Fuller of the parish of Minster in the Isle of Thanett in the Countie of Kent yeoman beeing in good and perfect Remembrance and reasonably in health (I praise God) doe ordayne & make this my Last will and Testamt in manner & forme followinge
First I give and bequeath my soule into the handes of Allmightie God my Creator and Redeemer hoping thorough Jesus Christ my Saviour to have my sinnes freelie pardoned and forgiven me my Bodie I bequeath unto the earth from whence it came to be buried in the Church yeard of the parish of Minster in decent buriall at the discretion of my Executrix and Executor

I give and bequeath unto the poore people of the parish of Minster six and twentie shillinges and eight pence of good and lawfull money of England, To be paid unto them by my Executrix or executor wthin one moneth next after my decease
Allsoe I give & bequeath unto Margarett the wife of John Russell, my daughter Tenn shillings of good & lawfull money of England To be paid her wthin one quarter of a yeare next after my decease by my Executrix or Executor
Alsoe I give and bequeath unto Sara the wife of William Goldfinch, my daughter Tenn shillings of good & lawfull money of England To be paid her wthin one quarter of a yeare next after my decease by my Executrix or Executor
Alsoe I give and bequeath unto Anes the wife of William Ambrose, my daughter Tenn shillings of good & lawfull money of England To be paid her wthin one quarter of a yeare next after my decease by my Executrix or Executor

Also I give and bequeath unto Martha Russell my grandchild five pounds of good & lawfull money of England To be paid to her by my Executrix or Executor when shee shallbe of the age of Eighteene yeares or her daie of marriadge wch shall happen first
Also I give and bequeath unto everie one of Edward Fullers my sonnes Children that hee hath at my decease to each of them severallie a Ewe
Also I give and bequeath unto everie one of Thomas Fullers my sonnes Children that hee hath at my decease to each of them severallie a Ewe

Also I give and bequeath unto Margarett Russell my daughters Children everie one that she hath att my decease unto everie one a Ewe a peec
Also I give and bequeath unto Sarah Goldfinch my daughters Children everie one of them sever[al]ly a Ewe a peece
Also I give and bequeath unto Annes Ambrose my daughters Children That shee hath att my decease unto every one of them severally a Ewe a peece
Allso my will and mynd is That my Executrix and Executor shall deliver these Ewes unto everie one of the afore given them wthin one moneth next after my decease and my will and mynde is That the Parents of those Children shall keepe maintaine and prefere these sheepe unto their Children sevrally

Also I give and bequeath unto Thomas Fuller my sonne Tenn pounds of good and lawfull money of England To be paid unto him by my Executrix or executor wthin halfe (a) yeare next after my decease
Alsoe my will and mynd is that if any of these Children doe die before they be of the age of twelve yeares could they [the] sheepe of her or him soe dead shall equally (be) devided betweene the brothers and sisters of him of her so dead unto them that bee alive

The rest of all my goodes and Chattells whatsoever my debts & legacies and funerall beeing dischged and paid I give and bequeath unto Sara Fuller my wife and unto Edward Fuller my sonne whome I doe ordayne and make equally my whole and sole executrix and Executors of this my last will & Testam[en]t
and doe make Thomas Fuller my sonn my Overseer of this my last will & Testament

Allsoe this is the last will and Testamente of me John Fuller of all my messuages lands and Tenements lieing in the parish of Minster or Reculver or wheresoever

Item I give & bequeath unto Sara Fuller my wife six pounds ever yeare yearelie To be paid unto her three pound everie halfe yeare during her naturall life out of my messuages or Tenement wherein I now dwell and the landes belonging to yt soe That it shallbe lawfull for Sara my wife att any tyme or tymes duringe her naturall life her dowrie beeing not paid to enter into the said messuage or Tenemt and lands for to strayne [distrain] any thinge goods or Cattle for her dowrie

Alsoe I give and bequeath unto Sarah Fuller my wife duringe her naturall life the messuage or Tenemt in Minster wherein the widdow of Thomas Thomas doth dwell and it shallbe lawfull for Sara Fuller my wife att any tyme or tymes heereafter yf shee will build any house for her dwelling in there and not else where for to Cutt downe fell downe any of the trees there for the said buildinge or repairing of any of the said houses there during her naturall life
Alsoe my will and mynd is That Sara Fuller my wife shall have her dwellinge in the house wherein I now dwell untill michaellmas next after my decease

Alsoe I give and bequeath unto Sara Fuller my wife six pound a year everie yeare during her naturall life To bee paid her three pounds every halfe yeare out of my Tenement and Lands att Reculver and that it shallbe lawfull for my said wife for non payment of her dowrie therefore to enter and strayne any goodes or Cattle in any pte or parcell thereof for her dowrie

Allsoe I give and bequeath unto Edward Fuller my sonne my Tenement and Lands lieing in the parish of Minster to him and to his heires for ever and after my wife(s) decease I give unto Edward Fuller my sonne That messuage or Tenement wherein the Widdow Thomas Thomas doth dwell to him and to his heires for ever

Alsoe I give and bequeath unto Thomas Fuller my sonne my Tenemt and Landes lieing in the parish of Reculver or Hearne to him and to his heires for ever

Edward Fuller my sonne my Executor and Thomas Fuller my sonne my Overseer and heereunto I John Fuller hath sett my hand & seale
