In the name of God Amen The Ninth day of February : 1632
I Thomas Fuller of the parrish of Ickham in the County of Kent Yeoman though weake of body, yet of perfect and good remembrance (the Lord be praised for it) and for all his other blessings both spirituall and temporall w[hi]ch God of his goodnes hath bestowed uppon mee in the life, I doe here make my last will and testament revokeinge all other wills that I have heretofore made or intended for to have made either by word or deed or will in writeing or any other wise whatsoever And I doe make this to bee my last will and testament in maner and forme followinge
First I bequeath my soule into the hands of allmighty God, Assureing my selfe by the death and resurreccon of Jesus Christ to have full pardon and forgivenes of all my sinnes and by noe other meanes And my soule to inheritt eternall life, And my body to be decently buried in the Churchyard of the p[ar]ish of Ickham And as for my worldly goods I give them as followeth

First I give and bequeath unto Thomas Fuller my sonne forty pounds of good and Currant English money to be paid unto him by my Executrix hereafter named wheras that hee shall attaine unto the age of one and twenty yeares
Item I give unto Richard Fuller my Sonne forty pounds of Currant English money to be paid unto him by my executrix w[hi]ch shall be hereafter named, at the age of one and twenty yeares
But if it fortune that either of my sonnes Thomas or Richard doe depart this life afore that they shall come unto the age of one and twenty yeares, Then my will is that the legacy of Forty pounds before bequeathed unto him shall remaine and be paid unto him that shall be then alive at the age afore declared

Item I give and bequeath unto Sarah Fuller my daughter three score and tenn [70] pounds of lawfull money of England to be p[ai]d unto her at the age of one and twenty yeares or at her day of marriage w[hi]ch shall first come to passe
Item I give unto Elizabeth Fuller my daughter three score and tenn pounds of lawfull money of England, to be pd unto her at the age of one and twenty yeares or at her day of marriage, wch shall first come to passe
But if either of my daughters doe fortune for to dep[ar]te before that they shall attaine unto the age or time aforesaid, Then my will is that the legacy wch should be paid unto her at the age or time aforesaid shall be paid unto her that shall be then liveinge, by my executrix hereafter named

And furthermore my will and meaneinge is that if my two sonnes doe fortune to departe this life afore the time or age of xxjtye [21] yeares, Then my will is That theire legacy of fourskore pounds afore given unto them, shall remaine and be paid unto my two daughters Sarah and Elizabeth if they shall be then liveinge or unto her that shall be then alive at the age of one and twenty yeares or at the day of her marriage as aforesaid
But if it fortune that they all dep[ar]t this life afore theire times or dayes afore mentioned, Then my will is that theire legacies shall remaine and be paid and equally devided betweene my brother Edward Fuller his Children, and my Sisters Children by even and equall portions after the decease of Anne Fuller my beloved wife and my executrix (and not before)

Item I give unto Vincent Billingherst my wive’s sonne forty shillings
Item I give unto Ann the now wife of John Wessenden twenty shillings

This is the last will and testament of mee Thomas Fuller of Ickham aforesaid made and declared the day and yeare first w[i]thin written of all my houses and lands, Orchards, gardens and other buildings whatsoever Lyinge and beinge in the parrishes of Reculver and Herne in the County of Kent; and now in the Tenure or occupacon of William Saunders or his assignes;

Item I give unto Thomas Fuller and Richard Fuller my sonnes, all those my houses and lands, Orchards, gardens and other buildings w[i]th all and singuler Th'appurtenances And heredytaments whatsoever thereunto belonginge or otherwise app[er]taineinge unto them, And the heires of their bodies Lawfully begotten for ever to be equally devided

But if it fortune that either of my two sonnes Thomas or Richard doe dep't this life wthout heires of theire bodies as aforesaid, Then my will is That all my foresaid lands and buildings wth the appurtenances and heredytaments thereunto belonginge shall reduce? fall and descend unto him and to his heires as aforesaid that shall be then alive
And allsoe it is my will and true meaneinge that Ann my wife and my executrix shall have the Issues and proffits of all the aforesaid lands, towards the maintenance and bringinge pp [up] of my two sonnes until that they attaine unto the p’fect age of one and twenty yeares

But if it fortune that my two sonnes Thomas and Richard doe fortune to dye life wthout Issue of theire bodyes as aforesaid, then my will is and I doe likewise give all those my houses and lands, orchards and gardens as aforesaid, lyinge in Reculver and Herne aforesaid unto Sarath Fuller and Elizabeth Fuller my daughters and the heires of theire bodies lawfully begotten
But if it happen that my daughters be heires unto these my lands as aforesaid, my will is that they hold and have the profitts of the said landes not untill that they shall attaine unto the age of one and twenty yeares

But if it fortune that all my children doe dpt this life naturall life wthout heires as aforesaid, Then I will give and bequeath all those my houses and landes, orchard, and gardens afore menconed, After the decease of Ann my wife, unto my Brother Edward Fuller his Children, and to my Sister’s Children, to be equally devided amongst them

All the Rest of my moveable goods whatsoever not heretofore given nor bequeathed, After my legacies be paid, my Creditor’s Satisfied, my funerall expences, and the probate of this my will discharged, I give unto Ann Fuller my wellbeloved wife, whome I doe make and ordaine to be my full and whole Executrix of this my last will and testamente

And allsoe I doe appoint And w[i]thall request Edward Fuller my brother to be my overseer of this my last will and Testament and for to bee helpfull & assistant unto my wife & executrix of this my last will & testament & for his paines I give him forty shillings

And now am I at quitt committinge my soule into the hands of allmighty God, assuringe my selfe that when death hath feared upon this my body, my soule shall rest in peace wth Christ my Saviour
And I doe publish this to bee my last will and testament wch is here written wthin the Compasse and distance of three sheets of paper and unto the two first I have sett my name wth my owne hand and unto the third and last sheete of paper I have sett my hand and seale in the prce [presence] and witnes of hereunto:
