In the name of God Amen The seaventeeth daie of Novembr Anno Domini 1645 And in the one & twentieth yeares of the raigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles over England Scotland Fraunce and Ireland, Kinge defender of the faith &c.
I Sarah Fuller of the parishe of Minster in the Isle of Thanett and County of Kent widdowe beinge aged and weake in bodye but of good and perfect mynd and memorie (praised be God) doe make and ordayne this my last will and testament in manner and forme followinge
First and principally I Commend my soule into the hands of Almightie God my maker trustinge by & through the pretious death and passion of Jesus Christ my alone saviour and redeemer to have free pardon & Remission of all my sinnes, And my bodye I Committ to the earth from whence if was taken there to rest in stedfast hope of a Joyfull resureccon in the daie of our Lord ouer Saviour Jesus Christ and as touchinge & concerninge my temporall goods wch the Lord in his mercy hath beene pleased to make me Steward of, I give and bequeath in manner and forme followinge

Inprimis I give and bequeath unto the poore of the parishe of Minster aforesaid twenty shillings of lawfull money of England to be paid and distributed unto them by my Executor wthin one month next after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto the Children of my sonne Edward Fuller late of Minster aforesaid deceased the some of twenty pounds of lawfull money of England, to be paid unto them by equall portions when they shall attaine unto their severall ages of one & twenty yeares;

Item I give and bequeath unto Margarett my daughter now wife of John Russell of the parishe of St. Peters [Thanet] the some of Twenty pounds of lawfull money of England, to be paid unto her by my Executor wthin sixe monthes next after my decease; And if shee fortune to dye before that tyme be expired then I give the said some of Twenty pounds to the heires of her body lawfully begotten equally to be divided amongst them;

Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Anne now wife of Henry Austen of Birchington the some of Twenty pounds of lawfull money of England, to be paid unto her by my Executor wthin sixe monthes next after my decease; And if shee fortune to dye before that tyme be expired then I give the said some of Twenty pounds to the heires of her body lawfully begotten equally to be divided amongst them;

Item I give and bequeath unto John Goldfinch, Thomas Goldfinch, Elizabeth Goldfinch & Martha Goldfinch, Children of William Goldfinch my sonne in lawe of Minster aforesaid, five pounds apeece to be paid unto either of them by my executor wthin sixe monthes next after my decease;
Item I give and bequeath unto my grandchilde Sarah Ambrose daughter of William Ambrose deceased five pounds of like lawfull money of England to be paid unto her by my Executor when shee shall attaine unto her full age of eighteene yeares; and yf shee happen to dye before shee shall attayne unto the said age, then I will the portion of give pounds before bequeathed unto her Surviving Sisters at their severall ages of eighteene yeares equally to be divided amongst them

Item I give and bequeath unto the Children of my sonne Thomas Fuller late of Ickham deceased, vizt to Thomas, Richard, Sarah and Elizabeth five pounds apeece of like lawfull money of England to be paid unto them by my Executor when they shall attaine unto their severall ages of Eighteene yeares; And if it happen any of them to dye and depart this life before they shall attaine unto their sayd severall ages then my will and meaninge is that the portion of him or her soe dyeinge shalbe equally devided amongst the brothers & sisters survivinge;

All the Residue of my goods, Cattells, Chattells, bills, bonds, ready money, Creditts & debtes whatsoever and wheresoever not before given and bequeathed, I give and bequeath unto my loveinge grandchilde John Fuller of Minster whome I make and ordaine my full and whole executor of this my last will and testmaent, revokinge and disanulleinge all former wills by me heretofore made, hee payinge my Debtes, Legacies and funerall expen[s]es

Sarah Fuller was buried at St. Mary the Virgin, Minster in the Isle of Thanet, Kent on 20th March 1645[/6].
