I Thomas Fuller of Sevenoaks in the County of Kent Doctor of Physick Do hereby revoke and make void all other and former Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made and do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament

and first I give and bequeath unto Mrs Delves of Hoathly in the County of Sussex Widow Five shillings per Week during her natural Life to be paid her Weekly by my Executor herein after named his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns Out of my South Sea Stock the first payment to begin at the time of my decease

Also I give and bequeath unto Prudence King the sume of Fifty Pounds likewise to be paid by my Executor Out of my South Sea Stock she giving a full discharge of all demands whatsoever

As to Margaret Osborne my most faithfull servant I leave it to my Son (He desiring it should be so) to pay and reward her as he shall think meet
Also I give and bequeath unto Mr Thomas Fuller son of Mr John Fuller late of the Parish of Hoe in the County of Sussex the sume of Twenty pounds wherewith to buy him and his son Mourning

All the rest of my Estate both real and Personal not hereby disposed of I give and bequeath to my most dear and only son John Fuller If he have lawful Issue to hold to him and his Heirs for ever He paying all my Legacies and Debts with the power to make a Jointure of any part or the whole of it to a Wife in Marriage for her life and to Provide for his Children out of the same according as he judgeth fitt

But if he the said John Fuller my son happen to dye without lawfull Issue Then I give and bequeath all my reall Estate Leasehold Freehold and coppyhold whatsoever that I or he then stand possessed of together with all the woods Trees & Timber at the time there being or standing unto the aforesaid Mr Thomas Fuller son of Mr John Fuller late of the Parish of Hoe in the County of Sussex to Him and his heirs for ever

Also if my said son happen to dye without lawfull Issue and hath not reasonably payd and well rewarded the aforesaid Margaret Osborne Then I give and bequeath unto her the sume of Four hundred pounds to be paid to her out of my South Sea Stock within a month after my decease if she so long live she giving a sufficient and full discharge of all Demands whatsoever
but if she happen to dye before me Then instead of the aforesaid Legacy of four hundred pound I give and bequeath to the Widow Marden her Sister Fifty pounds And to her Neice (more and above) the aforesaid Legacy of Fifty pounds the sume of Fifty pounds To be paid them within three months of my decease they giving full discharges for the same and all Demands whatsoever

and Lastly I make and ordain my son John Fuller my whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
In Witness hereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the second day of Aprill in the fourth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second of Great Britain France and Ireland King And in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred Thirty and one Th: Fuller
