In the Name of God Amen I Richard Fuller of Wateringbury in the County of Kent Cordwainer being weak in Body but of perfect mind and memory blessed be Almighty God for the same Do this third day of January in the year of our Lord Christ One thousand seven hundred and seventy make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say

First I give and devise All that my Messuage or Tenement Lands and Premises situate in Thornham in the County aforesaid now in the Occupation of Thomas Burwash to be sold to pay all such Lawful Debts as I have contracted by my Executrix hereinafter named

Also I give and devise All that my Messuage or Tenement situate in Wateringbury aforesaid with all and every the Appurtenances Lands and Premises (now in my own Occupation) unto my loving Wife Ann Fuller To hold to her for and during her natural life

and from and after her decease to my Daughters Elizabeth Mary and Ann and to Ann the Daughter of my late Son Richard Fuller share and share alike to be equally divided between them To hold to them their Heirs and Assigns for ever

And Lastly I give and bequeath all and every my Personal Estate of what kind or nature soever or wheresoever unto my loving Wife Ann Fuller whom I hereby nominate and appoint full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made
