I Ann Fullagar of Gillingham in the County of Kent Widow being of a sound and Disposing Mind Memory and understanding (Praised be God) do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)

First it is my Desire that I may be buried in a Private and Decent manner at the equal Costs and Charges of my three Children Frances the Wife of John Simmons of Gillingham aforesaid Gentleman James Fullager and Mary Fullagar in such Church or Church Yard as shall be situate nearest to the Place where I shall happen to die

Also I Give devise and Bequeath all and every my Freehold and Leasehold Messuages Lands Tenements and Heredits whatsoever and wheresoever with their and Appurts unto and to the use of my said Son James Fullagar his Heirs Executors Admors and Assigns for ever

Also I Give and Bequeath unto my said Daughter Frances Simmons the Sum of Six hundred Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid to her within twelve Calendar months next after my Decease
and I Give and Bequeath unto her my Silver Quart Mug

Also I Give and Bequeath unto her my said Daughter Mary Fullager the Sum of Six hundred Pounds of like Money to be paid to her within twelve Calendar months next after my Decease
And I Also I Give and Bequeath unto her my Pint Mug

and I Give and Bequeath all the Rest of my Plate to my said Son James Fullagar
also I Give and Bequeath all and every of my Wearing Apparel and Wearing and Household and other Linnen whatsoever unto and equally to be Divided between the said Frances Simmons and James Fullagar and Mary Fullagar share and share alike

Also from and after Payment of my just Debts and Legacies the Charges of proving this my Will and other incident Charges attending the execution of the same I Give and Bequeath all and every of the Rest and Residue of my Ready Money and Securities for Money Money in the Publick Funds Household Goods and Implements of Household Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto and to the use of my said Son James Fullagar his Executors and Administrators

And I do make and appoint the said John Simmons and James Fullagar Executors of this my last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills made by me
In Witness whereof I the said Ann Fullagar have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal Dated this fifth Day of January in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty seven Ann Fullagar
