In the Name of God Amen I Robert Furmenger of Maidstone in the County of Kent Yeoman being weak in body but of perfect sound mind memory and understanding (thanks be to God for the same) calling unto mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to dye do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament (that is to say) principally and first of all I commend my soul into the hands of God that gave it and for my body I recommend it to the Earth from where it came to be buried in a Christianlike and decent manner at the discretion of my executrix hereinafter named nothing doubting but at the general resurrecion I shall receive the same againe by the mighty power of God And as for touching and concerning such worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life I give and devise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form (that is to say)

I give devise and bequeath unto my dear and loving wife Mary whom I do constitute make and ordain my only and sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament all and singular my goods chattels plate bills bonds Debts personall and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever within the Kingdom of England to her and her heirs for ever my debts funerall charges and expences being first paid and deducted

And I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and disannull all and every of my former testaments wills and legacies bequests and executors by me in any ways before this time named willed and bequeathed satisfying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty ninth day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and twenty Rob Furmenger
Signed Sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Robert Furmenger as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us (who subscribed our names in the presnce of the testator)
