Item I give and bequeath to my Son Baker Garland all my wearing Apparel Masonic Dressings and Decorations Coat of Arms Inventory books and papers accounts of Sales and memorandums to be kept or destroyed by him as he shall think proper and also my painted portrait and frame which last articles to be delivered to him within one Year after my decease but the previous articles immediately
be it remembered that the whole of the Furniture in my daughter Ann�s Bed Chamber is her own property and several trivial articles in other parts of the House which she will conscientiously point out (besides a considerable Sum for her services for many years)
