In the Name of God Amen The yer of our Lord God [1509] and the sixte day of the moneth of October
I Harry George of the pysshe of Ivechurch [Parish of Ivychurch] make my Testament in thys wyse
First I bequethe my Soule to Almyghty God oure Ladye Saint Mary and to all the Holy companie of hevyn my bodie to be buried within the churchyard of Saint George of Ivechurch

And I bequeth to the high Auter [altar] ther for my tythes forgotten xijd [12 pence]
Also to evry [every] Lad brotheres within the same church iiijd [4 pence]
Item I will thed shalbe bestowed in all manner ofte and charges at my buryeng iiijs [4 shillings]
Item at my Monthes mynde iijs iiijd [3 shillings and 4 pence]
Item at my yeres mynde iijs iijd

Item I will that eche of my chilldren shall have a share of the best
Item I will my daughter shall have a kowe and a greate kettyll [cow and a great kettle]
Item Godle [goodly] Widowe Hayser vj platters
Item Isabell a cowe and the next greate kettyll
Item ij oxyn my wyff iij keyn [kyne] ij brune & one lyhed [two cowes, one brown and one light]

Item I ordeyne and make Robt. Newland to be myne Executor to receyve my detts & pay my bequeths evry condicon & Robt. Newland to have for his labrs [labours] there above at evry tyme yeyng to church or in any other labrs. these above at evry tyme iijd

Item I will that the Residue of all my goods borne att my detts and bequeths paid & content(ed) in evry condicon shall remayne to Alice my Wiff and she to pray for my soule and all chrystan soulyes [christian souls]
