Item I bequeath to Agnes my doughter a yonge haffer bud and a paier of shetts [sheets]
Item I give to Parnell Ashynden the doughter of Agnes my said doughter xs [10 shillings] to be delivered to the said Parnell at her age of xvij [18] yere if she hape [happen] to dey [dye] before she come to the said age then I will the said xs be delyvered to the foresaid Agnes my doughter

money to paye my dettes bequethes
Item I will a none after my decesse that if Grace my Wif will refuse xiij marke and no parte thereof clayme then I will my feoffe their heires and assignes suffer the said my wif and her assignes to occupie and the pfotts [profits] to prove of my said messuage and iij pcel [parcel] of my land lyeing to the said messuage duryng all the terme of her liff she copetently [competently] kepying [keeping] the reparacon thereof by all the said terme
And after her decesse I will my feoffe ther heires or assignes sell the said messuage and iij pcel of my land yn the best pryce thei can or maye And the money thereof receved I ordeyne of that same money v marke to bey [buy] with a new bell to be yn the pishe churche of Hothfelde if so be the pyshoners [parishoners] be dissposed to have a bell if so be thei be nott willyng to have a bell than I wil the said v marke to be bestowed to the most nedfull worke of the said churche of Hothefeld
Also I ordeyne of the same money to the mendyng of a fote wey [footway] betwene Patinersake? and davy grene xiijs iiijd
