Item I will and bequeath unto Mary my wife all my househould stuffe during her naturall life
Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary ten pounds of lawfull money of England to be payed unto her by my executor by five pounds a yeare untill the said sume be payed wthin one yeare after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ursula xxt [£20] to be payed unto her after my daughter Marys part is discharged Five pounds every quarter untill her said legacy of twenty pounds be fully payed & discharged
Item I make and ordaine my sonne James my sole Executor and to have the benefit of all my lands and other dutyes belonging unto me untill my debts legacies and other severall charges be fully p’formed and done
And in Witnes hereunder I have set my hand and seale
And I do desire my Brother James George and Thomas Drayton to see this my will p’formed according to true intent and meaning
