Item I give and bequeath unto James George my sonne the sume of Fifty pounds of lawfull mony of England to be paid unto him when hee shall come to the age of twenty three yeares by mine Executors hereafter named
Item I give and bequeath unto Ealse George my eldest daughter [Alice]the sume of thirty pounds of lawfull mony of England to be paid unto her by mine Executors within one yeare next after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth George my daughter the summe of thirty pounds of lawfull mony of England to be paid unto her when shee shall come to the age of one and twenty yeares by mine Executors hereafter named
Item I give and bequeath unto Mary George my daughter the summe of thirtie pounds of lawfull mony of England to be paid unto her by mine Executors when shee shall come to the age of one and twenty yeares
Item I give and bequeath unto Ann George my daughter the summe of thirty pounds of lawfull mony of England to be paid her by mine Executors when shee shall come to the age of one and twenty yeares
And further my minde and will is that if any of my said Children shall fall sicke or lame and bee want of necessities dureing the times of their minorities and before either of their porcons [portions] shall come due that then my said Executors shall provide for them out of the proffitts
Further my minde and will is after my debts and Legacies herein are paid and my funerall expences are
discharged All the residue of my goods and chattells whatsoever I give and bequeath unto Ealce my
wife [Alice] and Daniel George my eldest sonne to be equally devided betweene them Whom I make
my whole and sole Executors to see this my last will and testament performed
And I utterly revoke and make voyd all other wills by me foremerly made
And further my minde and will is that and if Ealce my wife shall fortune to marry after my decease with any other man that then I make voyd her part given unto her in this my will and her being partner Executor with my sonne and I only give unto her the sume of five pounds of lawfull mony of England to be paid her within two months next after her marriage by Daniel George my sonne whom I make and ordaine to be my whole and sole Executor alone to see my Last will and testament performed as formerly by expresse
Further my minde and will is that if any of my said daughters shall come to their severall ages or respective times of receipts become menconed That then the porcon of her so dyeing shalbe equally devided amongst my daughters Surviveing to be paid them according to their times of payment before respectively sett downe
In Witness hereof I the said Daniel George to this my last will and testament my hand and seale have

This will was proved the eighteenth day of June in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred Fifty and one before Sir Nathaniel Brent Knight Doctor of Laws Master or Keeper of the Prerogative Court by the Oath of Daniel George the sonne of the said deceased and Executr therein named To whom was committed Administration of all and Singular the goods chattells and debts of the said deceased being Sworne well and truely to administer the same

Daniel George’s burial is not found as it was in the Commonwealth period (1649-1660).
“Danell” George married “Alce” Hunt, 16th October 1626 at All Saints, Woodchurch
Daniel and Alice George’s children were christened (and buried, if indicated) at Woodchurch thus:

* Son Thomas George was born after Daniel’s first marriage to Sara Woodgate of Tenterden on 2nd February 1618, at St. Mildred, Tenterden. Sara George was buried at Tenterden on 22nd August 1621.
