In the Name of God Amen
I Joseph George of the Parish of Tonbridge in the County of Kent Victualler being somewhat indisposed but of a sound mind memory and understanding, praised be God for the same, do make this my last Will and Testament in writing in manner and form following
First I will order and direct that all such just debts which I shall owe at the time of my decease my Funeral Expences and the Charge of Proving this my Will be paid and discharged by my Executrix hereafter named

Also I give and devise unto my now dear and loving wife Elizabeth and to her heirs and Assigns for ever three full fourth parts the whole into four equal parts being and to be divided of and in all and every my Messuages Farms Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever whether the same be in Possession Reversion Remainder or Expectancy situate lying and being in the County of Hereford or in any other place whatsoever within the Kingdom of Great Britain

Also I give and devise unto my Son Joseph George his Heirs and Assigns the other full fourth part the whole into four equal parts being to be divided of and in all and every my Messuages Farms Lands Tenements and Hereditaments whatsoever whether the same be in Possession Reversion Remainder or Expectancy situate lying and being in the County of Hereford aforesaid or elsewhere in the Kingdom of Great Britain

Also all the rest and residue of my Real and Personal Estates whatsoever and wheresoever I give devise and bequeath to my said now loving Wife Elizabeth and to her heirs Executors and Admors. [Administrators] for ever

And I do hereby appoint her my said loving Wife Elizabeth sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other Wills by me heretofore made and do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

Provided always nevertheless and my Will and Mind is that in case my said Son Joseph shall die before he arrives to the Age of twenty one years without Issue of his Body lawfully begotten Then in such Case I give and devise the fourth part of all my said Messuages Farms Lands and Premisses so before devised to him unto my said dear and loving Wife Elizabeth her Heirs and Assigns for ever

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the twenty sixth day of November 1751.

This Will was proved at London on the twelfth day of December in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and fifty one before the Right Worshipful John Bettesworth Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of Elizabeth George Widow the Relict of the deceased and sole Executrix named in the said Will To whom Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased being first sworn by Commission duly to Administer. Exd.

Notes:
Joseph George was buried on 16th December 1751 at SS Peter & Paul, Tonbridge, Kent.
Joseph George (a twin of Maria) was christened on 31st January 1677 at St. Mary the Virgin, Eardisland, Herefordshire, s. of Joseph and Martha.
Siblings (all christened at Eardisland): 31 Jan 1677 Maria (twin of Joseph); 15 May 1680 Christopher; 4 Dec 1682 Philip; 14 Apr 1686 Jacob; 1689 John.
Joseph George married Elizabeth Yeamans on 17th August 1732 at Colwell, Herefordshire (South West of Worcester).
Son Joseph George married Elizabeth Pocock on 21st April 1751 at St. Peter, Pembury, Kent, by Licence. Both were of Tonbridge.
