Item I give unto my two Brothers William George and Joseph George the Sum of ten pounds a peice to buy them Mourning to be paid them by my Executrix
And as to all the Rest and Residue of my personal Estate wherewith it hath pleased Almighty God to bless me with (that is to say) all my Moneys Securities for Moneys Moneys owing due upon Book Moneys due upon from or otherwise all my plate of what nature soever it shall be my Household Goods in general all my Stock in in Trade Beer and Liquors of all Sorts and all and every matter and thing whatsoever and wheresoever it shall happen to be and in Right belonging unto me at my Decease I give and bequeath unto my dear and Loving Wife Jane George To hold to her my said Wife and to her own use without being accountable in any wise to any person or persons whatsoever for the same or any part thereof
And I do hereby make nominate and appoint my said loving Wife Jane George full and sole Executrix of this my Last Will hereby revoking disannulling and making void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal to each side of paper containing two this first
day of October in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred sixty four

This Will was proved at London on the fourth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty five before the Worshipful William Macham Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the Right Worshipful George Hay also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Jane George widow the Relict of the said deceased and sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom Administration of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased was granted she having been first sworn duly to administer

Samuel George was buried at Eltham St John the Baptist on 3rd December 1765.
He possibly married in London: 10th October 1762 Samuel George, Ba. otp, gentleman's servant aged 33 married Jane Copplestone,
Widow otp at St. Andrew, Holborn, London by licence. Witnesses were Pasco Cracker, Martha George & Joseph George.
