First I give and devise all and every my Messuages or Tenements Lands Hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Wife Ann George and to her Heirs and Assigns for ever
Also I give and bequeath all and singular my Goods Chattels ready Money Securities for Money Stocks in the Public Funds and all other my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what kind or nature soever after payment of my Just Debts Funeral Expences and the Charges of Proving this my Will unto my said Wife Ann George and to her Executors Administrators and Assigns
And I do constitute and appoint my said Wife Ann George sole Executrix of this my last Will and
Testament and hereby revoke all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and Seal the twenty second day of October in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Six

This Will was proved at London on the twentieth day of July in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and nine before the Worshipful Charles Coote Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the Right Honourable Sir John Nicholl Knight also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of Ann George Widow the Relict of the deceased and Sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom admon. was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels ad Credits of the said deceased she having been first sworn duly to administer. Exd.
