First I give and bequeath unto my Mother Ann Gibbon the yearly Sum of Eight Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid her during her natural life by my Executrix hereafter named by quarterly payments clear of all Charges whatsoever
Item I give and bequeath unto my Brother Edward Gibbon the Sum of Five Pounds to be paid him by my Executrix within three Months after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto my Sister Elizabeth Gibbon the Sum of two Shiilings and six pence
Item all and every the Debts due to me ready Money Goods Chattles and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Collison Daughter of Thomas Collison deceased by Elizabeth his Wife of Hawkhurst aforesaid Spinster and make and ordain her sole Executrix herself she paying all my just Debts aforesaid and as aforeaid
And my Mind is she shall give Bond to my Uncle Jeffery Gibbon to pay my said Mother the Eight pounds by quarterly payments as aforesaid
