ffirst I do and give and bequeath unto my daughter Marie my bedd and bedstoole whereon I now lay with the curtains vallence? and furniture thereon to belonging.
Item I do give and bequeath to my sonne John Gilbee all the rest and residue of my goods chattels and estate whatsoever both reall and ? (that is to said) my house with the ground & appurtenances thereunto belonging now in my occupation and all other my estate whatsoever which doth consist in goods that ? and credits. To have and to hold to him the said John Gilbee his heirs Executors and admirs and assigns forever Do the said John Gilbee paying my debts legacies funeral expenses and charges of probate of this my last will and Testament and also to being the charge and care of educating keeping maintaining and planning? out of my three other sonnes Humphrey Luke and Nicholas.
And of this my last will and Testament I do hereby
make and ordaine that said John Gilbee my sonne my full and sole Executor.
Revoking all former wills Testaments and bequests by me in any wise hereto fore
made and declare and ? conclude this my last will and Testament In witness whereof
I the sd Sarah Gilbee have hereunto sett my hand and seale Dated this the six and
twentieth day of May Anno Dm 1687 and in the third year the the reigne of Sovereign
Lord James the second by the grace of God King of England xx Sarah Gilbee her
marke xx Signed sealed published and declared by the Sarah Gilbee to be her last will
and Testament (as the word Marea was interlined) in the presence of
Wm Wirkes Mary Barrett Mark Willy
that immediately after her sealing and executing of this will
the above named Sarah Gilbee did give and bequeath to Thomas and James Boney
twenty shillings upon which she doth appoint her sonne John her Executor to pay unto
them being her grandchildren
