Inprimis? I doo give and bequeath unto my loving brother Nicholas Gilbee all my wearing
apparel of all sorts whatsoever
Item I doo give unto my Aunt Jane Clarke widow and
to my Sister Mary Gilbee and to my brothers Humphrey Gilbee and the said Nicholas
Gilbee and to my nephews James Boney and John Boney and to my loving friend
Thomasine Allen all and singular the rest and residue of my goods that ??? and estate
whatsoever to be equally divided between them share and share alike
And I doo hereby make and ordaine the said Mary Gilbee & Nicholas Gilbee full and sole?
Executors of this my last will and Testament revoking all former wills by me in any
wise heretofore made or declared.
In witness wherof I the said Luke Gilbee have
hereunto sett my hand and seale Dated the sixteenth day of April Anno Dm One
thousand six hundred ninety and six and in the eigth year of the reign of King William
the third over England & Scotland ffrance and Ireland Luke Gilbe signed sealed
