ffirst I give and bequeath unto my sons William Humphery Robert Richard and George Gillbee to each and every of them the sum of ffifty pounds to be paid unto them severally or laid out and expended to and for their especial use Benefit and advancement in the world by my Loving Wife Mary at such Times and in such manner and ways as she shall see proper and convenient my other sons having already had of me in moneys and otherwise the like sum of ffifty pounds more and over and above
and all the rest and residue of my Moneys Goods Chattels real and personal estate [line missing] shall leave at the time of my decease I give and bequeath unto my Loving wife Mary for and during so long time as she keep herself a widow and no longer and from and after her decease or next marriage then I give my sons their heirs executors administrators and assigns equally to be divided between them share and share alike ( except my son Thomas Gilbee) he having ffifty pounds more than my other sons
But in case my real and personal estate at the time of the decease of my said wife shall amount to more than ffifty pounds to each son then my said son Thomas shall have and receive his part share and proportion of the overplus and remainder thereof But in case it shall so happen that the Income Interest Rents profits and proceeds of my said Real and personal estate shall not be sufficient for a competent support maintenance and Livelyhood of my said wife Mary during her widowhood that then and in such case I order and direct my said wife to have and take out of the principal of my said personal estate from time to time what shall be necessary and convenient for her better support and maintenance without any Let trouble or disturbance of or from my children or any of them
and Thereby nominate
constitute and appoint my Brother John Reynolds and son William Gillbee executors
of this my last will and Testament and so I conclude the same hereby revoking all
former and other will or wills by me heretofore made and have to this my last will and
Testament set my hand and seal this twelfth day of May in the year of our Lord One
Thousand seven [line missing] Nicholas Gillbee signed sealed published declared and
disp? By the said Nicholas Gillbee the Testator as and for his last will and Testament
in the presence of us who have subscribed our names hereto in the said Testators
presence and at his request after the Interlining of the words

The Before Regd Will of Nicholas Gillbee lat of Dover deceased was proved 27th Day of May 1746 Before the Revd Thomas Lamprey clerk lawfull Surr etc � by the oath of William Gillbee son of the deceased and one of the executors named in the said will to whom the being firstsworn duly to execute the same the like power being reserved to the other executor.
