In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Gilbert of Chislehurst in the County of Kent Widow being of sound and disposing Mind and Memory do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say
First I resign my Soul to God that gave it and my Body to the Ground to be decently buried at the Expence of my Executrix hereinafter named
And as to such Goods and Estate as it has pleased God to bless me withal I Give and dispose of them in Manner following

I give to my Grandson Thomas Waller twenty Pounds with my Wedding Ring to be paid and delivered to him when he shall attain the Age of twenty one Years
Item I give to my Granddaughter Mary Waller the Sum of ten Pounds also one Gold Ring to be paid and delivered to her as soon as she shall attain the Age of twenty one Years
I give to my Granddaughter Elizabeth Waller the Sum of ten Pounds and a Silver Spoon to be paid and delivered to her as soon as she shall attain the Age of twenty one Years

Item I give to my Son John Gilbert the Sum of ten Shillings and six Pence to be paid in one Month after my decease

Item all the Rest and Residue of my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever when my just Debts funeral Expences are fully paid and discharged I give to my Daughter Mary Waller
And I do appoint her to be the sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I have set my Hand and Seal this twenty ninth day of July in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty four Elizab. Gilbert her Mark Signed sealed and declared to be her last Will and Testament in the Presence of
