I give and bequeath the sum of three hundred pounds of lawful money to Great Britain unto my daughter Mary Gillbee to and for her own proper use and benefit and to be paid unto her by my Executor herein after named out of my personal estate within three months next after my decease.
Also I give and bequeath unto my son Richard Gillbee one annuity or yearly sum of four pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid unto him by my Excutors herein after named out the residue of my personal estate yearly and every year during the natural life of my said son Richard Gillbee by equal and even quarterly payments the firs quarterly payment thereof to begin and to be made at the end of three calendar months after my decease.
Also I give and bequeath all my household goods stock in Trade and all the Rest
Residue and remainder of my personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever
no herein before otherwise given or bequeathed charged or chargeable with
the said annuity or yearly sum of four pounds as aforesaid (after all my just
debts funeral expenses charges of proving this my will and other incident
charges shall be paid and satisfied unto? my son Nicholas Gillbee his
executors Administrator and assigns to and for his and their own proper use
and benefit and I do hereby make nominate ordain and appoint my said son
Nicholas Gillbee sole executor of this my last will and Tesatament and I do
hereby revoke and made void all former wills ...
