In the Name of God Amen I Susanna Gilbert Widow and Sole Administratrix of Philip Gilbert late of Chatham in the County of Kent Assistant Builder in his Majesty�s Ship Yard there to avoid or determine any dispute after my decease concerning my Temporal Estate Do make this my last Will and Testament and dispose of the same in the following manner that is to say

I give my son Philip Gilbert my Silver Tankard to his Use during his natural life and after his decease I Give the same to my Grand Son to his use and benefit

I give my Gold Watch and Equipage to my Daughter Susanna Nuttall to her Use and benefit
I give my pair of Silver Salts and Salt Spoons my Diamond Mourning Ring which I have in memory of my late Father And my Diamond Mourning Ring which I have in memory of my late Brother John Perry to my daughter Ann Gilbert to her use and benefit
I give and bequeath all my Household Linnen Bed Linnen and Linnen of every nature and kind together with all my Wearing Apparel of what sort soever unto my said Daughters Susanna Nuttall and Ann Gilbert to be divided between them Share and Share alike to their use and benefit

I give devise and bequeath my two hundred pound three per Cent South Sea Annuities to my Nephew John Perry of Blackwall Esquire his Executors and Administrators In Trust to sell the same at his or their discretion and to lay out the money thence arising in the Purchase of one of more Annuity or Annuitys for the Life and for the use and benefit of my said daughter Ann Gilbert or otherwise at his or their discretion to apply the same in any other manner which he or they shall think necessary or meet for her benefit and Advantage

I give unto my Executors herein after named All the Residue and Remainder of my Estate of every nature and kind In Trust to turn the same into Money as soon as conveniently may be after my decease and after payment of my just debts Funeral and Testamentary Expences to divide and pay the same to and amongst my said Children Philip Gilbert Susanna Nuttall and Ann Gilbert Share and Share alike to their use and benefit

I constitute and appoint my said Nephew John Perry aforesaid And my Sister Sarah Seehl jointly and separately Executor and Executrix of this my Will and I will and direct that my said Trustees and my said Executor and Executrix shall deduct and retain out of their respective Estates hereby vested in them All costs Charges and Expences which they or either of them shall sustain or be put unto by reason hereof And that they shall not be answerable one for the other of them but each for his or her own Act and actual Receipt only
